At Herd & Apiary, every product is crafted with care to ensure the highest quality. Because of the nature of our goods, all sales are final.


❌ No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
  • Please double-check your order details (items, quantities, shipping address, and payment information) before completing your purchase.

🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we cannot accept returns or exchanges, we will make it right if there is an issue with your order.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send an email to support@herdandapairy.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will review your case and work with you to provide a suitable resolution (such as a replacement or store credit, if applicable).

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items are also covered under our all sales final policy.
  • For food safety reasons, once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold — which is why returns are not possible.
