Your satisfaction is important to us, and while we cannot accept returns or exchanges, we will make it right if there is an issue with your order.
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Our team will review your case and work with you to provide a suitable resolution (such as a replacement or store credit, if applicable).

- We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- Promotional, discounted, or clearance items are also covered under our all sales final policy.
- For food safety reasons, once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold â which is why returns are not possible.
